Order Processing

At Wellness Discoveries, we process orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Please keep in mind that the order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (EST). Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days

  • Orders under $200: Flat rate of $15.00
  • Orders $200 and over: Free Shipping

Total delivery time = Processing Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (4-7 days).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a second email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@wellness-discoveries.com within 48 hours and include photos of the product and packaging. We will help you with the next steps and, when applicable, assist with the carrier claim process.
